"I booked an appt for my 11 year old and I get a call that the doctor only sees patients 13+ even though the info when booking stated 5+. Please change the information. In any case this is a family medicine practice and you are unwilling to see patients under 13 years old. Ridiculous. Not to mention the disclaimer on the email confirmation stated if you have a cough or fever the visit will have to be virtual. So only well visits?!?! You are a doctor and unwilling to treat sick patients? I had hope for the new family practice and its convenience. Wow. Talk about poor customer service for a family DOCTOR. Do better!!!"
