"Friendly team from start to finish. I like being treated like a patient and not a number. Great personalized service."
"They will bill you for no call no show even if you showed up or rescheduled!!!"
"I would not know what rate to give the providers. To me was impossible to get an appointment as a new patient at this facility. It is very disappointing since for many people the first step is the more difficult (recognizing that mental help is needed)."
"A close family member had difficulty with past trauma and marital issues, I have seen her improve her mental health since she started attending therapy sessions at Serenity. She is more upbeat and seems more willing to enjoy her life. The front staff was helpful in getting her the right therapist and setting her up with the Dr. I have been taking her here and she has indicated she felt like someone finally listens and understands what she is going through."
"This is not a place that really understands your mental health. I had been taking my partner here for several months and they have been a pain to deal with almost every time. Especially the people at the front desk. There was not one time that we went in there when they were kind to us. We had an appointment for her to receive her medication evaluation because her refills were up. We showed up for the appointment and we were told that they cancelled it because she had not answered the phone call the day before to confirm the appointment. Well.. It turns out that was not true. Even then, we sat in the waiting room for an hour while they were supposed to be faxing over authorization for a medication. Which they couldn't have done anyways because they no longer had a doctor and knew that. But refused to tell us even though we waiting in there for over an hour. When we came in for her therapy appointment the next week we checked in like normal. We then sat in the waiting room for the majority of her appointment because the front desk did not tell the therapist that we were there so she missed her entire appointment. The only thing her and her therapist had time to talk about was the fact that their doctor had quit and the facility and they could no longer prescribe medications and she had to find another doctor. They then told us to go to a urgent care to get her prescriptions. It is pretty common knowledge that a urgent care can not prescribe controlled substances which they told us they would. Even trying to get the medications that we could get from the urgent was made more difficult dealing with the staff at the front desk trying to get them to send over the medication. She went days without her medication. Which if anyone knows anything about mental health (there employees do not) if you start handling serious mental health issues with medication and then suddenly stop people often will harm themselves. Luckily she had me and I work from home where I could be with her for several days until getting into her primary care doctor to get the situation figured out. This all happened because they lied to us a week earlier instead of being honest that there doctor had quit and we could have gotten that taken care of where she did not have to go days without her medication. I would never recommend anyone ever go here. This place is a grade a example of a somewhere that feeds on the less fortunate for profit."
