"All I can say is - they go out of their way to make it clear they don’t have an ounce of care after they swipe your card. It’s amazing this place stays in business. The staff is outright mean especially the longhair brunette who smirks while being nasty to you, an old person and a small child simultaneously. It’s quite disturbing that someone behaves that way and works in a customer facing job."
"The doctor and the optimists were great! However, they pushed me with more expensive contact lens brand. First of all, eye exam is expensive now and I got stuck with more expensive contact lens brand that I don't even like wearing them! Not only that I had to try 3 different brands (made me wait for 3 weeks because of that) but because they insisted and I told them what I like without trying them, and they didn't change my request. "oh, I just want you to make sure" that's caused the delay. The front lady gave me an attitude "well, I can't just change the prescription, only optometrist can! come back 11am tomorrow" to change the "brand" that I can only order. I'm actually wearing the one I like that was given to me at third try, and they don't want to change it. I'm sure they could just send me the prescription via email too, rather than making people to inconveniently have to come pick it up. I had the same experience before so I was very clear that I didn't want them to push me with the brand I don't like. I have to look for another Optometrist who can actually listen to their patients.."
"This place is terrible. Told us 2 weeks to finish eyeglasses but it’s been 3 weeks and we’ve been calling them to find out what happened. No one called us back so we have to go to the store and we were told it’s going to take another week. So that’s over a month. Terrible customer service. Pls take your business somewhere else. If I could get a refund I would. This woman Sonia is a horrible, terrible person. She’s refusing to cancel the eyeglasses she promised to have for 2 weeks. No phone call to update us what happened. NOT ONCE! We live in the neighborhood so we went twice and this place was closed. We were left in the dark. I was finally able to get a hold of someone there yesterday and she called Sonia, now she said we have to wait for another week. I filed a complaint in our insurance but Sonia is refusing to cancel and refund us for something their place cannot produce. We’re in dispute now with our insurance and CC. We paid almost $300 out of pocket plus our insurance for NOTHING. No SHAME!!! Stay away from this CROOKED BUSINESS!! We’re filing at BBB. I will tell everyone in my neighborhood to stay away from this place."
"If I could give this place a zero I would. One of the employees there broke my glasses, they did not even last 2 weeks and when I asked if I could simply get them fixed to continue to use them, I was always given the run around and always given excuses. Suddenly the doctor was never present to even speak to me, but was able to email me to make another appointment. One of the employees stated she instructed me to reach out to the manufacturer but I was never given this information and was told ONLY the doctor could reach out. An employee named Sonia stated in the notes that I told her I fell asleep with my glasses and that is how they broke which was completely false. I never once made any mention of sleeping with my glasses being as though I only use them for driving and work. I never have had to deal with such unprofessionalism. After reaching out one more time, I was finally given an email address to get in contact with the doctor, and a week later, he has yet to respond to my concerns but was able to email me to make another eye appointment. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
"Doctor was great- Support staff is less than sub-par. I do not recommend the Summerlin location. Long waits over 2 hours to see the eye doctor-Lied to by office staff about contact brand -store randomly closed during business hours- and once they agreed to refund for products ordered incorrectly. They never did. I have given them well over 30 days to correct. Save yourself the time/money & trouble and go else where."
