"Avoid scheduling an appointment with PCP as a new patient without being informed upfront about availability. During my recent experience, the receptionist collected all my personal information before revealing that the earliest available appointment is in June or July of next year. This crucial information should have been disclosed at the outset of the call, prior to me providing any of my personal information."

"We had a primary visit for a hospital follow up appointment with Kristine, Nurse Practitioner yesterday. She was extremely pleasant, professional & knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything. She was assisted with Zuldy (spelling?) the medical assistant. He too was extremely professional, kind & helpful. We haven’t seen the PCP yet & the receptionist only had new patient appointments that she could schedule that were 5 months out but luckily Zuldy was able to find a cancellation appointment to get us back in there in a month which more acceptable. Hoping the care we receive from the PCP in the future is good as our first experience."
