My only issue is that me and my partner prepared to take our daughter (5y) to a surgery and made sure to ask and recheck online to see if we could both go back with her before surgery and were told no on the day of the procedure. “That needed to be updated because we haven’t done that before Covid”"

From the moment we walked in the door Audrey was so sweet and gave us a warm welcome. Our nurses Sherry, Brad, and Joanne were so funny and made light of the circumstances. They sympathized with us and were so great! Kim made my babies feel so comfortable. She was so gentle and kind with my infants. We are so greatful for the experience we had.
