"Horrible. Called to set up an appointment for my mom a few times and left voice mails after not getting a call back. Never got back to me even though I try calling every day to set something up. They are either understaffed or do not care about their patients. If you see this I hope you finally call back your patients. Update: They finally called me back! Wow, I feel somewhat important now.. not really. Had a call from the front desk, she was nice but really lacking in terms of being able to request medical records -- although I talked to our previous provider and said they had sent everything. What a headache. Not just that, but they wasted my time with the insurance. If you look up their website it says: "Other than the exceptions listed in the next column, CCCN will accept any Medicare Advantage plan as long as they follow Medicare guidelines and their members have in and out of network benefits." TELL PEOPLE STRAIGHT UP THAT IS FALSE! They do not accept SelectHealth Advantage Plan... so unorganized and a waste of time. Please don't ever come here if you're waiting on your mother to get cancer treatment, she might just pass away by the time you get scheduled."

"I called as a new patient to set up an appointment with a radiation oncologist. I encountered a lady named Debbie. This person should not be in the medical field as she has a cold personality. She was cold, impatient and borderline angry. I called her back to tell her about how she made me feel. She feigned an apology and at the end rusher me off the phone. If this is the first impression of this facility I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."

"I have been going here for about 6 months now. I am amazed at the level of excellent customer service from the front desk to the financial office to the medical staff. They see you after your worst and scary diagnosis and treat you kindly with respect. My appointments are on time and the staff is always in a good mood and ready to help you with what you need. The infusion room staff is wonderful. They are very professional, caring and able to answer your questions. My doctor (Dr. Thummala) takes time and explains everything and answers all my questions. I never feel like I am being rushed out. All in all, this is a great facility."

"If I could give this office zero stars I would but you have to give at least a star to leave a review. My mom tried making an appointment due to being referred by her doctor. My mom has no insurance nor was she born in the US, she was going to be a cash pay patient but in order to be a cash pay patient they require for you to have a valid US passport, ID with the star on it or some type of US Residential Identification. Say that to me in every language if you want but that only means they are RACIST and DISCRIMINATE the people who aren’t US born. That is unacceptable in every way!!! Don’t go here!!!!! My mom is now going else where but just imagine all the sick patients they’ve turned down for this reason unbelievable."
