"I’m giving St Rose pediatrics five stars because of Judy I Believe she’s a manager is always so helpful. The best Customer Service Also want to give a shout out to Connie as well I believe she also is a manager or director not really sure they’re titles, but these women are both amazing. Also Dr. Wong is also great with my kids. She also has great customer service very friendly, Very caring and nurturing to my kids needs."

"The front office staff cancelled my babies 6 month follow up appointment without giving a courtesy call or a reason. I had informed them my insurance was being cancelled and I was going to be paying his visits and procedures out of pocket until I got my new insurance information. I had left a deposit for his visit that day. They said it would be fine. But when his next scheduled appointment came they never gave me a call to inform me of what the prior visit’s balance was and instead just cancelled our appointment and just sent the bill to collections… I tried reaching out to them several times before hand but I could never get through. Although, the doctors and back office staff are great…I will never take my child to them again or recommend anyone taking theirs because of the lack of professionalism and lack of worth ethic of the front office’s staff."

"I’m not sure if it was my former employer or the busniess but my ex employer WE CLEAN did not pay me my last payment after she released me from work for something I did not do never sent me my payment till this day i have not received anything I had to get Nevada labor state involved due to this issue"

"This place used to be great. I am not sure what happened over the years, but it's not the same anymore. Our daughter has been in/out of this office more times than you can count. Several times, including today, we were told nothing was wrong with our daughter, and they were 100% wrong. Took her here Friday because she has been having issues, advised doctor of the symptoms, and that she had chronic ear infections, etc. Then, the doctor if a strep test could be run since her father has strep. We were told, and I quote, "Kids under 3 can not get strep" and did not run it. Come to find out that any age can get strep. Also, the test takes 10 minutes for results (based on the several other times they've been taken). The doctor came back after 5 minutes and said it was negative. Also, she could have a viral infection, but it could just be the weather. Asked for suggestions on what to give her or if anything could be given. The doctor responds nope it just has to run its course. Fast forward to today 2/13 and she was taken to the ENT after several sleepless nights, screaming in pain and misery. Go figure she had an ear infection and a bad sinus infection, which requires antibiotics and oral and nasal steroids because it's so bad. Sad just sad. We are switching after this nonsense."

"Highly recommend! Sick visits are accommodated for same day. Separate entrance/waiting room for sick or well visits. Wait time is reasonable, appointment time to actually presence of a provider with you in the examination room is about 15minutes. Providers take the time to discuss inquiries and concerns. If you have an older child (12 and above) they will also take the time to speak with them in private in case there are other topics they are not comfortable discussing around parents. The referral department is THE best. Easy to communicate with and are great with providing updates and explaining processes. When you have an HMO and a special needs child, this is like hitting the jackpot. The facility is always clean and every team member we have interacted with has been friendly and efficient."
