"I went in due to my lower back pain! Which happens often because everyone sits around lazy as fyck! I gather you don’t want bad days at work but in the medical field if your tantrums and inflicting patient additional distress then you need to move out of that field!! There’s no excuse or place and time for being hateful in this work environment! End of story! The team here started okay but their sarcasm and unprofessional conducts toward a simple change in a 4% lido patch Escaladed as if I was prescribing for gold not from a 5% lidoderm cream/ patch to 4% instead so the insurance help cover 60.00$ for this patch. St Rose there was no problem and Southwest medical I never once had a problem! but UMC on Rainbow and Flamingo! Is much equipped until your degraded by their team! Prejudice and PHONY TO THE “TEE” Go somewhere else and not UMC!! Very bad underlying unprofessional and inappropriate handling to respect patients looking for care!! It’s a HORRIBLE PLACE TO TURN TO FOR EASY AND CLEAR MEDICAL HELP!! They are to short with their patients!! And I will never set foot in here again even though I live just nearby!! Done!!! Hold on there is a Pharmacy right next door called St. Mary’s or LA pharmacy !!!!not one of them knew or cared to know the convenience for someone in pain like me: Walgreen , smiths, cvs they will call but next door was total ignorance on their behalf to not respect all PHARMACIES THE SAME WAY!! Shame on UMC for being so HIGH AND MIGHTY!!! Shame on your Medical Team in UMC VALLEY SPRINGS URGENT CARE!! Shame on you!!"

"The nurse who attended me is super sweet. I didn’t catch her name, sadly. But she made me laugh. The nurse practitioner made me feel welcomed and showed concerned. First time coming. Totally recommend. Personally, I was in and out within 15-20 min. Fast! - Issac"

"Front desk was great. Intake nurse was good too. Doctor I saw was trash. He rushed through everything. He wasn’t in my room for more than 5 min. And it wasn’t even busy at the clinic. One person was in front of me when I checked in. Doctor also told me he didn’t know what a Covid home test was and what they do when I asked for a more accurate Covid test than the one I used at home. He then proceeds to give me a rapid test, but they swear “it’s the better one that’s more accurate than the home test”. Okay, sure."
