"If you’re looking to see the same doctor annually, or receive polite service at the front desk go elsewhere. We’ve been customers here for 5 years. We came because of the convenience of being inside Costco even though Red Rock Vision is not covered by our Davis Vision insurance. Our goal was simple, get in, get a prescription, get out. For 5 years we have paid cash to Red Rock Vision, and submitted for reimbursement though our insurance out of network provider benefit. Yesterday, after 5 years of being customers, Red Rock Vision refused to sign a simple paper they have signed for 5 years stating we received service so that we could seek reimbursement from our insurance. To top it off, the front desk person was exceptionally rude and condescending about the whole thing. They stated “We have never signed reimbursement forms”. I had copies of the last 5 years forms, and after showing digital copies from my iCloud account, they rudely said “well we don’t do it anymore”. If you don’t do it anymore, then you shouldn’t have taken my money when I said I’ll pay cash and get reimbursed from my insurance. A person with basic customer service skills could have handled this with much more class and care, but instead they wasted 90 minutes of my life and ultimately refused to sign a single piece of paper they have signed for 5 years. We have 4 people in our household, none of us will be returning."

"If I could rate this place less than 1 star, I would. The person Glenis (if that even is her real name) that answers the phone is extremely unprofessional. This was my first time scheduling a visit to the eye doctor, after making my appointment yesterday for next week, I called today asking some questions that I needed answered regarding my eye exam, glasses, etc.. while she did answer most of my questions, she was very rude in answering and was also asking me why I’m asking all these questions. She proceeded to ask me if I’m a “lawyer” or if she’s being audited and that’s why she didn’t like all the questions being asked or the “structure” that they were asked in. Which if in fact, I was auditing this place, I would have failed them on customer service alone. I then asked for her name and she said “No I’m not giving you my name, you’re being weird. Byeeeee”. And hung up. When I called back and asked if that’s how they treat their customers, the same lady picked up and said “no we don’t but your questions were weird so yeah” and then when I tried explaining to her the reason for all my questioning was because it’s my first time doing this and I needed reassurance that what I was getting done was what I needed.. she proceeded to talk over me like a CHILD and then even threatened me to cancel my appointment if I continued talking. Based on the previous negative reviews left here also addressing the front desk staff, it seems I am not only one dealing with this type of disrespect and unprofessionalism and you guys still haven’t done anything about it."

"The doctor was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I'm glad I waited to see her, but my goodness the staff needs some help. The girl on the phone is so rude and miserable and in person even worse. Please get a new staff that wants to work there. I'm giving a one star because she was so bad and took away from the doctor and business so badly. I don't think I will be back just because of the front office staff. You can tell her whole attitude brings down the rest of the staff."

"I liked the doctor when we went but oh boy, the support staff seem absolutely miserable. They were extremely smug when answering some basic questions and scoffed at us like we were dumb for not knowing all of their policies or NV state laws surrounding those policies (we recently moved here). I tried to call twice to get the information I needed before walking into their office so I wouldn't waste anyone's time, but no one answered. I don't have a problem with the policies themselves, just the rude/ snarky way in which they were told to us. They were a convenient location but I don't like being treated with so much attitude when it comes to my healthcare."

"If your too busy to say "Hello" when you answer the phone, then I'm not going to waste my time on your rude employees. I called to schedule an appointment. When someone finally answered (6 rings), the guy on the phone said "Can I place you on hold?" Then immediately placed me on hold. I didn't even get a chance to respond to his question. So, I hung up. The day before I attempted to call and schedule an appointment, and no one answered at all. I was hoping to bring my girlfriend and her son to get eye exams at this place too. But that's definitely not happening now. This place got two chances to gain 3 customers but failed miserably. Here is a free tip for Red Rock Vision... Next time when you answer the phone say. "Hello, thank you for calling Red Rock Vision. Can I please place you on a brief hold?" or Some garbage like that. If saying that is too difficult for you, maybe you should stop answering the phones. And, If that was the Optometrist that spoke to me on the phone, I definitely don't want you working on my eyes if you cant work the phones without being rude.
