"When I first went to the colorectal surgeon was Dr. Calvin Lyons he was great I love speaking with him. I felt confident about the surgery. I spoke with this officer assistant I believe her name was Bell. She told me and gave me the medicine I need to take before my surgery. She was great, after that I delivered some papers called FMLA paperwork to the doctors office to be filled out. The office girl immediately snapped and said that there was gonna be a $40 charge for this now. The office girl was not Bill she is no longer with the company so I told her I said I don’t think that I should be charged for this and she insisted that I need to pay so I paid the money for the service I waited I waited. I waited and no response from the doctors office when I called back to check and told him that I needed to get this taken care of. They told me they could not fill the paperwork to the specific date that I asked for I had a lot of doctors appointments and also wanted to get my self prepared for the surgery so I took some extra days off because I was I was very stressed when I asked him why they would not fill the paperwork out to the specific date. They gave me issues and problems and told me that the doctor said that he cannot fill that out you can only fill it out from the date of the surgery, I said OK contacted. My doctor and my doctor would fill them out to the date that I asked for and he was understanding and caring when I called back to the colorectal surgery center. I spoke with the girl from the office. She told me that the doctor decided that he did not want to continue with my surgery because the patient doctor relationship has been damaged. This happened a week before my surgery now I have to go and try to find another surgeon at the last minute. I don’t know if Doctor Lyons knows what’s going on in his office but I believe he doesn’t. I asked many times to speak with them and they would not let me. I really feel that this is a problem with the office management and it needs to be addressed also, my insurance is through in the corner union and when I contacted them, they told me that the doctors office should not be discharging because they are an in network doctor and that they should not be charging me to fill out the FMLA paperwork, Dr. Lyons office the colorectal surgeon surgery center has returned my money, so I just want to put this out there. I would love for Dr. Lyons to contact me personally so we can discuss the issues at hand."

"Very poor customer service. No calls returned. Was in a serious amount of pain and paid a lot of money to not be heard from again. Canceling future appointments and will right reviews on medical sites."

"I feel very grateful to have had Dr. Annaberdyev and his team be the medical staff that helped me with my unexpected and urgent condition. They were able to see me in short notice which I felt a run around with other offices I called. His care and demeanor throughout the treatment plan made me feel confident all my issues were being addressed and questions answered while also leaving me with dignity for what felt like a vulnerable experience for me. His staff was very helpful with issues I was having with my insurance, and was always polite and responsive to the dozens of phone calls I have made to their office. I have not had a better interaction and experience with a doctor or doctor's office then I have had with Dr. Annaberdyev and his staff."
