"Avoid PCP care at all costs. Pandora Williams is rude, dismissive, and condescending. She doesn't actually listen to the patient's needs and instead condescendingly replies with some version of "that's not my job, I'm not your specialist" to any question you ask of her, no matter how basic. She will interrupt you constantly. She didn't bother to look at any past lab results I had sent in either and shamed me for going to a specialist's practice who she has some sort of personal vendetta against. The wait times are not the greatest - I was seen about 30 minutes later than my scheduled in-person appointment and 55 minutes later than my scheduled virtual follow up appointment. They billed my insurance under another provider's name, which is shady. I will not be returning and recommend if you have legitimate health problems to go anywhere else. Listen to all of these 1 star reviews and save your time, this place is NOT worth it. There is a reason they are never booked unlike every other reputable PCP in this town."

"The doctor named Pandora walked in immediately with a RUDE attitude and said "I don't even know why you're here" and then proceeded to tell me that she cannot help me with anything that I had scheduled my appointment for. I wish I would've been told that by the receptionist when I had initially made the appointment. The only good thing was that they refunded me my copay for wasting my time. SO RUDE DO NOT COME HERE"

"Dont go here. Super Rude staff. Front desk girl seems like she just waiting for lunch time at 9:00 am. She ask if i have an appointment. I said no, its an urgent care. She says they are scheduled full until after 3 weeks and then she say bye… save your money and gas. Go somewhere else. Not worth it!"

"I don’t think I have had a single good or easy experience at the doctor. EVERYTIME I have tried to make an appointment I had to call 10+ times which is absurd seeing as though everytime I go in the lobby is empty! This most recent time really sent me over the edge, I waited in the room for so long I fell asleep on the doctors table and woke up and was still waiting… during the same appointment I told the doctor exactly what prescription I needed and what milligram to send to the pharmacy and she sent a completely different prescription to the pharmacy and had not answered any call to correct her mistake. I would not recommend!"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! (if you can call it service) They talk about patients very loudly and rudely in front of others with personal and private HIPAA info being discussed out loud. When we were finally helped in the room PA-C Pandora Williams was very rude and would not let us even answer the questions she was asking us in order to even begin to treat us, this was our first and definitely LAST visit to this office. She was very condescending and tried to raise her voice and yell at us. When my husband expressed his feeling to her in the same loud rude tone she talked to us in she was offended and immediately ended my visit in which I paid an $85 copay for. I have made formal complaints with the NV state Medical Board, BBB and NPI and will be filing a formal complaint with our Insurance. I am a medical Biller and know that the personal patient info she was saying so rude an loudly is not legal to be said in front of other patients, and I could only imagine what was said about my husband and myself once we left. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!"
