"EXCEPTIONAL PATIENT QUALITY EXPERIENCE!!!!! (My whole experience will be posted on their fb page) Edson, Alexa, and Jocelyn are EXCEPTIONAL workers and are the DEFINITION of CARE THAT CARES! The whole team honestly!!! I just had the most interaction with these 3 people… Edson and Alexa are GREAT conversationalist…. This is an environment where people have experienced something so traumatic and they do not discriminate anyone experience and instead give them the A+ service we deserve! Edson is so kind to his patients! I have been watching him attentively and see how easy going and smooth he is with every individual and that is an AMAZING quality to posses that most people are unable to effectively achieve day by day. Same with Alexa! She communicates to me VERY well and is so kindred and kind and raises my spirits each visit I come. Jocelyn has been a gift to me… I thought I just had to “suck up” each experience I’ve had and just let it go…. When she stood there and listened…. And took action…. I was speechless because that’s something I would do. And I told her that, I rarely see people like me in the medical industry… always willing to go above and beyond like she did for the sake of our patients CARE and EXPERIENCE…. I have so much more to say but this is an AMAZING practice that CARES."
