"DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!! This place is extremely horrible I was a client there for 3 years and everyone who knew me beifre I went in said I came out way worse when I went in!!!! Their staff is horrible Ms Nikki would always tell children they were never gonna get anywhere. Therapy that is suposed to be every week always got cancelled if you were in CIU. Your educations was taken away when you were in trouble so some kids went a few weeks with out education!!! The “approved holds” they do are hurtful to the children and leave bruises. Some kids run out of medication and it takes weeks to get them refilled they had me on a diabetic medication for “weight loss” I AM NOT DIABETIC!!!!! They suspend phone calls with family members this is not a good place for you children!!!! I promise you that!!!"
"My kids and I have been going here for years now. Matthew Cox, the founder is a very nice guy. Very caring. Most of the staff here has been good and caring and understanding. My daughter's therapist is amazing. She is compassionate and empathetic. There was one therapist who was not very good. He used to do in home with my son and would laugh at my son and didn't seem to be good at his job. But I don't think he is there anymore. Other than that, all my experience with them has been great."
"My husband wrote a review. Kyle Harrison. They replied with “we don’t have a patient here by that name”… of course you don’t because my husband isn’t the patient our son is. Why would we post his name and info? Why would we put his information on the negative review. Does it matter who the patient is? If it’s myself or my child? The business simply doesn’t answer nor take responsibility for their lack of customer service starting at the front desk. My child is the patient, I will not put his name in a review, I’ll continue to say if you have options choose another place. This place is the absolute worst. Period. Don’t let them fool you with their replies on these reviews. It’s simply our healthcare system that only allows you to use certain doctors in certain networks. We’re currently looking to change ASAP. Don’t waste two years like we did with this place. WHY WOULD YOU PUT YOUR PATEINTS NAME IN A REVIEW??? Does your company not think about hippa or privacy from others? What a silly response. What a lack of professionalism."
"They simply do not answer the phones. Call multiple days in a row, leave messages, and all. Its unfortunate that this is one of the only places our healthcare network allows us to go to. To keep your patient plan consistent you will need to make sure you have more than enough time to call days in a row to get a call back. We have been going here for a couple years now. This is just not the place to choose if you have other options. Trying to get an appointment takes days. This is horrible for people with lives and multiple children. You are forced to leave a voicemail and talk them into calling you back. The front office is just not up to par ever. One would think the doctors would get enough complaints that they would do something about it. Absolutely the worst place to ever try to get help from."
"My son has several diagnosis, among them is Autism and mood disorders. We were placed with a psychiatrist that was prescribing medications without ordering a full blood panel after we explained that our son suffered some issues from medication in the past. We asked for a different psychiatrist. They gave us the "head" of the department Dr. O. The first visit was very promising as he seemed genuinely interested in what was best for our son. He requested a new Psychological evaluation to see if his issues had changed or not. Great we thought...then 2 weeks past, three weeks, a month..repeated calls to the office that was supposed to do the test, and they informed me that they tried to get insurance approval three times. Not once did Dr O follow up with us to see what the hold up was..no communication at all except for a video chat to basically say nothing new than our first visit. We had around 20 pages of notes from our son's last psychiatrist and this office didn't bother to even read them...had no clue about his past meds, past issues...nothing. So after waiting a month I called Dr O to see if he can intervene and get this insurance issue resolved. I called to try and let him know that our son was not doing so well and needed to go back on medications...he could not be bothered to pick up the phone ONCE for two minutes to speak with me. His office kept telling me that he was with a client...Never Give Up told me I had to make a physical appointment just to simply speak with him? Who is this person that can't be bothered to return a client's call? Never Give Up, Never again...Dr O...worst Psychiatrist we have encountered...do Not use him."
