"The worst of the worst.....I should know... I am a doctor. Unprofessional, rude, lying to patients referring to a P.A. as a Dr...(which is NOT allowed). Triple dipping insurance for same services. This is FRAUD, or as they would call it in this pecuniary driven hole of a "clinic", "creative billing". Need I say more? STAY AWAY! If you read this and many other ZERO STAR RATING and still go, you must be an idiot and voted for Biden, too. I hope some agencies pay them a visit, and God only knows what else they are doing. ."

"I was on hold for 7 min and they hung up on me. Then I called back they hung up again. I called 3rd time and said I was hung up on 2 times and he then said well there are 7 people on hold already!!!!! Terrible rude service"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I’ve been a patient of Dr.Gaimaro for 10 plus years. Today I went with my new insurance and they tried to charge me $118 for a doctors visit, when I told them they were incorrect and they needed a better person to do their benefits eligibility the “manager” said I had to leave because they have the right to refuse service to anyone and it’s not a medical emergency. I feel disgusted by the treatment these people gave me as someone who’s been their patient for 10 plus years. The only professional they have is Dr. Gaimaro. He needs to get his doctor license and fire all the staff."

"This all happened within a 2 week span. I set an appointment and when I arrived, door was locked. Security opened and said we're closed. I told the receptionist I had an appointment and she said the doctor was training someone. I said it would of been nice to get a courtesy call so I didn't waste a trip and my hour lunch. No response just a would you like to reschedule. 2nd appointment went fine. 3rd appointment to follow up for results I sat for 30 minutes in an empty lobby and heard no action in the back. I asked the receptionist how much longer because I'm on lunch, she says the doctors on lunch. Now why would they schedule me on the doctors lunch blows my mind. I reschedule for the following Tuesday and when I got there, the receptionist looked at me confused. I said I had an appointment and she said that it was impossible and went on to lecture me about business hours. I told her I got the shaft 3 times a week apart and she shrugged her shoulders and could care less. Worst experience ever in my 40 years of going to a doctor! They have unprofessional people upon entry that are there for the paycheck and not to make the customer have a pleasant experience. I still don't know the results of my tests and strongly suggest not to waste your time. This location will collapse because of their front desk staff. It's disappointing because the time I did see the doctor, I liked him and planned to go back but the front desk crew will sink this business and that's sad to see. If the doctor sees this post, I'd start by getting rid of the older lady. Sets a bad tone for your business."
