"This location has no grace period for ultrasounds. Poor customer service for pregnant moms already worried about their pregnancy. They also specifically said the ultrasound tech gets to dictate grace periods. Avoid these ultrasound techs. So frustrating!"

"$90 Ultrasound co-pay for tech to discover baby had no heartbeat. Heartbreaking but this happens. They then had me pay an additional $25 co-pay and wait another hour and a half to see the doctor who just said I was probably having a miscarriage. Devastating news handled so poorly. Why did I have to pay twice to get my ultrasound results?? They wanted me to schedule another ultrasound for next week to confirm. I tried to do that at the front desk when checking out and the woman loudly and rudely said “Well are you still pregnant?!” I don’t know, ma’am. Probably not. Did that need to be asked this way? I’m just finding out difficult news and doing what the doctor told me. She couldn’t find anything about scheduling another ultrasound on my account so I had to wait longer. At this point I’m fighting back tears. I wanted this baby and having this all handled in such a callous and uncaring way was getting to me. I had to leave to go cry somewhere private. Got a voicemail later saying they finally got the information to schedule my miscarriage confirmation ultrasound and additional appointment (because remember, the results don’t come with the ultrasound charge). Tried to call the number given to make an appointment and the woman on the line took my information and asked “who told me to call here.” Like what??? The women’s clinic told me. YOU told me to call here. I still don’t have an appointment."

"They will Charge you $45 to sign a Leave of Absent. We have to bring our daughter home to get her to see a good doctor in Texas. I feel so bad for the people in Las Vegas that have no resources and have to deal with unprofessional healthcare treatment. Las Vegas deserves better. They deserve Zero stars. No communication exist and all they care is to charge you for things you don't need. Who prescribes pre menopause medication to a young girl that is 22 yes old?"

"i went there 2 times, for ultrasound, paid out of pocket for the appointment , mentioned is out of pocket. in a couple of months i receive a bill from the lab, of $500. billing department is unresponsive, they dont care and dont call back and dont want to help at all!!!"
