"They mess up appointments then blame you for it. Unless you speak to a supervisor you won't get any help. Went in person because my dr wasn't avalible and was treated like a drug seeking addict and had my entire lifetime of profession treatment and diagnosis thrown out the window. All on the fact he met me for 5 min! 3 decades of maintaining a life time disability and Dr Wolfer tells me every professional before him is wrong. I told him a disagreed with his assessment and was bullied and forced to go through humiliating tests for 3 hours. These tests are foe medication ive been doing fine on for the last 8 year. My treatment was so bad and unusual I heard the reception girls whispering to eachother " why is she still here, why does Wolfer need these tests? Why is he being a jerk about this?" Dr Wolfer should not be treating patients and if he stays should not be treating women patients. This place serves fellons and drug addicts. If you go there you will be lumped in with those types of people. I've been in treatment since I was 6 years old and never im my life have I had such a tramatic interaction with a trained professional."

"Made an appointment. I've been waiting for over an hour. The front desk couldn't give any idea on an ET for how much longer the wait. Half the people in the waiting room were here after my arrival. It's worse than the Boulder location. Boulder is a hot mess when it comes to professionalism. So pick your poison."

"These guys are the worst, it seems they can’t get anything right. I am constantly calling because it seems like they can’t even send out prescriptions right. Then when I call I don’t actually talk to the clinic that my child was seen at. It’s an answering service who doesn’t know anything and never return a call with an update causing me to waste time trying to do their job for them. This is basic customer service skills that it seems they don’t possess. If they say a prescription is supposed to be sent then why wasn’t it sent why do I have to call an answering service who doesn’t know anything. It’s been constant problem with this company from the beginning, but I can’t change because this is where my health insurance sent me."

"This place is the worst. I have been here 3 times and I still haven’t been seen! They always make a mistake. Schedule me at the wrong office. This last time I waited over 40 mins just to be taking back for a primary care doctor when I was there to see a psychiatrist. Even though I have filled out forms every visit and even though my address is in there system, the office keeps scheduling me in Reno when I live in Las Vegas, and they keep scheduling me with the wrong doctors never again will I come to this place! Save yourself, the trip and a headache and find a different doctor like I have to!"
