"Not going to lie, I was unsure of this clinic for the past several months. After what just happened though I'm not going anywhere. I called and left a message yesterday afternoon about a medical issue and my medications, Ana returned my call by 9:30 this morning. She also caught a huge red flag with my meds and got me in touch with Dr. E immediately. He was quick with his decision regarding my meds and my pharmacy filled them by noon. This was my 3rd time talking to him and he hasn't wavered in his care, concern, and positive attitude about my health. Thank you Dr. E and Ana."

"Edit update This place has been a nightmare to deal with. Do not go here if you care about your health. Everything takes at least 3 attempts to get something right. Here is my story. Lump shows up on my leg. I make an appointment to see the Dr. Dr checks out said lump and referred me for an x ray. I get my x ray at desert radiology. The x ray returns to the dr office and the refer me to desert orthopedic. Desert orthopedic requires an MRI to be seen. This is something Sunset Clinic should have known. I then spend the next three weeks trying to set up an MRI. They referred me to desert radiology who called me a few days before my appointment to cancel because they don’t take my insurance. I then have to contact sunset clinic several times to get a new MRI appointment. When the results came back the Dr said come back in a year for a new MRI. I have a limp because of the pain from walking and I cannot run. They referred me back to desert orthopedics who said they got the referral but not the image to go along with it. I called sunset clinic and left a message. Their message states they will return your call within 24 hours and they have not. This has taken months to deal with and it will still be some time until I see the orthopedic dr. don’t go here Once I got a hold of the office manager she had zero concern for my complaint. I have submitted a complaint to the state board and my health care provider."

"This place has the highest level of unprofessionalism I’ve experienced. I never get my messages returned and when I’m finally able to speak to Ana she gives zero apologies and actually blames me for a mistake done by the doctor. I regret switching primary care physicians, I can’t wait to switch out into my old doctor. Dr. Gochioco is one of the worst Dr.s I’ve ever encountered, doesn’t care to know his patients and treats you like an idiot."

"The staff and doctors at Sunset Clinic have been excellent. I received timely appointments both in person and virtually. They listened to my health concern and clearly discussed treatments options. In addition, they directed me toward specialist who were also excellent in diagnosing and treating my health concerns."
