"I have been going to the Horizon and Eastern office now for a few years. At times I get very frustrated with the front and the billing office. Received a bill after 6 month with a pass due, but I never received one in the first place. All Sheryl can say, I'm sorry. Since Jan 8, I called 3 times and getting ready to call again. All she says i call you back tomorrow, you guessed it the call never came. Dr. Jaggi has been giving me the shots and usually they are pretty good, but the last time he did the left side it did not work. Few days later I went back and that time it worked. Dr Jaggi said he would not charge for that but he did. So, Sheryl was going to ask him but she hasn't yet and most likely won't."

"My father has been coming to this location for 9 months. When he tries to call to confirm his appointments, schedule an appointment or simply ask a question concerning his condition, the phone rings continuously for about a minute and a half and is then cut off. On 10/27/2023 he called 3 times with no answer and no way to leave a message. His first call was made at 8AM, again at 2:25pm, 2:27pm. He was not given a call back until 3:41pm. On 10/30/2023- he called at 10:36am, 10:37am, 10:38am. He was unable to leave a message for them and did not receive a call back until 1:37pm. On 11/27/2023 he tried calling 5 times at 4:08PM, 4:10pm, 4:11pm, 4:15pm, 4:17pm he called to confirm his appointment for the next day which was scheduled at his previous visit- no one answered and he was unable to leave a message once again.That is when I decided to try calling from my phone and was answered after the 2nd ring. While on the phone with the front desk he was notified that his appointment had never been scheduled and they would have to "reschedule" him. Based on the business hours that have been posted to the official website office hours are 8am-6pm. I do not understand why his calls are not being answered. I could almost understand if he was calling during a busy time of day BUT for me to have called 1 minute after his last call to the office on 11/27/2023 and my call to be picked up IMMEDIATELY is unacceptable. If your office is so busy that your staff cannot pick up the phone and even just place the patient on a brief hold there should at least be a voicemail box set up for patients who are unable to get through."

"My doctor referred me here. When I call the phone rings, rings, rings, with no answer, no automated message system, and no option to leave a message or call back. Will change this review IF they ever answer their phone!"

"My primary care Doctor retired & my new one does not write scripts for pain medication. However, he referred me to Dr.Jex & he will be doing injections on my very messed up neck. I have been seeing his nurse practitioner & both her & the staff are amazing! They take time to talk to you & are extremely empathetic! I am delighted to have found this place!"
