"Do not like their billing practices. Charge for copays when nothing is done. Dr literally walked in the room and walked out to the front office to ask an insurance question, then told us we would have to come back. Asked front office about the copay we were charged at check-in, girl had a nonchalant attitude was like well you saw the doctor. He literally walked in and out of the room. We spent maybe 1 min in his presence, as he explained we would have to come back on a different day. Ridiculous! I immediately called back and canceled them doing the preauth. Scheduled with another office that is going to see us and do her foot impressions on the same day. The whole back and forth with insurance excuse just to claim more co-pays is ridiculous. We went through the same issue last year, I was hoping this wasn't going to be a recurring problem now that we were established patients but apparently it is. If you want to be nickeled and dimed come here..."

"Brought my daughter here today. The patient room had brown smears on the floor and dead flies. The doctor came in and did yet another ultrasound instead of the MRI referral he promised the last visit. He then told us his plan was to do a cortisone shot, and then immediately proceeded to give her one without asking her permission. This office is like a dirty fast food restaurant. Get patients in and out as fast as they can with no regard to what their wishes are and with little to no explanations of treatments. We will not be returning."

"Gave me an injection without my permission I have been having cramping and pain in one of my feet. This office is under my insurance so my general doctor referred me. On my first visit I was prescribed steroid pills and told that if there was still pain once I finished the prescription that we’d get an MRI. My second visit was today and instead of ordering an MRI, without my consent, I received a cortisone injection in my foot. My mom was in the room and can attest — there was no time to react, I was sitting in the patient chair one minute and the next the podiatrist was literally injecting me with something I did not explicitly consent to. It was insane. He did not explain what to expect after the injection either, so I was left to google what it meant to have a cortisone injection. I was violated and I am never going back."

"I & several oter School bus drivers went to them Dr King I believe & he had his Dad working in office. Well they told us all we could get these shoes , so we did. Then a year or so later Dr king left . He came back on us charging each $75.00 going to take us to court ruin credit etc. 2 yrs & this!! We ended up just paying. We were all disgusted never go there!!"

"Dr. Levine is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he started with the most conservative treatments and progressed until we knew surgery was the best option. He is efficient while also taking the time to explain what is happening and what he is doing. The office staff is courteous and responsive even in off hours. If your feet hurt, Dr Levine is the doctor to go see!!"
