"I had two knee surgeries last fall and Although Dr. Luo’s surgical team were excellent the office staff has been extremely rude. Many of the office staff are short and rude. When you arrive they never greet you with a hello and smile. When I call there are very long hold times and when you finally get a person they are rude. I called today to check on my bill and the lady in the billing department was extremely rude and did not even end our call with goodbye. She simply hung up on me. I will not refer others to this place simply due to the customer experience."

"The doctor is amazing but his staff definitely needs some training. I had knee surgery 2 years ago and recently I’ve been having horrible knee pain again. I have dual insurance and still somehow 2 years ago some X-rays didn’t get paid. I tried to schedule an appointment today because my knee is throbbing and swollen and I was told by their billing department so rudely that I couldn’t schedule an appointment unless my balance was paid off even though I have dual insurance . So never returning here again.. billing department definitely needs some customer service lessons."

"Every experience with Advanced Orthopedics has been positive. Dr. Timothy Trainor is very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge easily. He is kind and no nonsense. PA Adam Range is warm and professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He’s very good at explaining details in a very understandable way. The assistant and office staff are very helpful and positive. I never wait long after check in. I feel very lucky to have found this practice, and trust them completely with my current recovery from knee replacement and the replacement coming up of the other knee."

"I called AOSM, yesterday to get a podiatry appointment for my neice. It had been challenging locating a Podiatrist in network, accepting new patients, during these trying times, but I really needed to get my neice seen, as soon as possible. Carrie answered the appointment line and she was wonderful. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She gave me suggestions to help me expedite getting the required xrays done, prior to a next day appointmen, she was able to give us. She was amazingly pleasant & helpful, and continued to be, when we showed up today, as well. Next, we met Vanessa, for check in. She too, was very pleasant and welcoming. It didn't stop there. Our introduction to our new Podiatrist, Dr. Heller, was inspiring. He was warm and helpful, even taking extra steps to make it easier to begin my neice's treatment sooner. I wish, I had not been so surprised by their pleasant nature, but I could tell the company has been slammed. My call yesterday to the appointment line took 40 minutes to be answered, but I loved how the automated system told me my number in line. There wasn't a huge staff there today, they were clearly very busy and yet, it never affected their cheerful demeanor. That meant so much to me, especially during these challenging times!! Thank you, so much to these three front line workers for doing what you do!! I know this was a long post, but it needed to be said. I highly recommend this company, specifically, Dr. Heller and I look forward to telling others about my experience."
