"I realized that I was not the only one Dr.Javier canceled my appointment without notice or understandable excuse based on other patients' feedback. I used my vacation to visit there and wasted it because of their unprofessional work role. I had to call them to rearrange my updated appointment a few times because they were sending me text messages to confirm the previous appointment. It seemed there was a gap between Southwest Medical and Dr. Javier's office. They kept messing up messages from Southwest Medical about my appointment. The reason they canceled my treatment was that they didn't prepare anything for my treatment today and just told me to postpone it to another day. Dr. Javier did not show up at all and no apology from any staff there. They acted like so used to it or ignored the patient. I felt very bad when I was leaving the office...what a waste of my day with anonymous and disrespectful people..."

"I was diagnosed with chiari malformation a few years ago which causes a variety of issues. I recently came down with bronchitis and when you have chiari simple things like just bending over can cause excruciating pain so non stop coughing has left me with an excruciating migraine all week. The pain has been so bad I can barely function. After 4 days of this pain I finally go into southwest hoping for some kind of relief. Dr. Mogollon looked disgusted when I asked for some kind of pain relief. He made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable and made me feel like he could care less about my pain scale and proceeded to tell me I don't need anything for pain because I need to treat my symptoms. Which I'm fully aware the symptoms of the bronchitis are causing the pain, I work in the medical field. Here I am 2 days later working off of maybe 2 hours of sleep a night because the pain is so excruciating. I'm not a Dr but when you know medication is going to take days to kick in why would you not offer your patient some kind of relief for a few days until the medication kicks in? This place is a waste of time if you need actual help..... if you need a drs note they're great if you need actual assistance find a real medical office or go to the ER because they'll treat you like a junkie if you're in any kind of pain. Drs like the one I saw are the exact reason I avoid going to the dr unless it's an emergency. I'll likely end up in the er and this placed just milked my insurance to do virtually nothing for me other than give me a drs note to go back to work and blindly prescribe me an antibiotic for a cough, no tests were ran the just took a shot in the dark and gave me no official diagnosis."

"My 55 year old mother has early signs of cancer. She at first had an ultrasound and it was 5 mm. They recently did another one and it’s 10 mm. Her ultrasounds were not done by Dr Sarah Javier. However she had complications with her original doctor which lead the doctors boss being involved. Please explain why Dr Sarah Javier denied my mother service for no reason when she showed on time for her appointment. Dr Sarah Javier assistant at the front desk was apparently speaking for Dr Sarah (making her do all the dirty work) and said that it was because my mother “needed to go to her original doctor”. My poor mother broke down into tears in this woman’s office. Her original doctor cannot see her for 40 days, this is CANCER this cannot wait. Dr Sarah deserves all 3- stars you’re clinic has and I’m so sorry her career has made her lack human empathy"

"Do not recommend. Sarah Javier does not offer quality service. Has a very nonchalant attitude when it comes to patient care. Also if you file a complaint against her because her lack of care she will no longer see you. I had an appointment for post op today for a surgery date. I arrived on time only to be told she wasn’t going to see me and no longer do the procedure ( which they have the right to do). Had no answer to why I wasn’t informed of this before today. This alone shows how unprofessional this place is. I filed another complaint. I had a biopsy done and she did not give me the proper results reading my primary had to tell me. Worst experience ever. Ladies if you are experiencing long term bleeding or anything that is abnormal do not waste your time going here. She is definitely not the best but definitely the worse obgyn I ever had to deal with."

"The staff here is nice but the waiting is never-ending. I average an hour of waiting passed my appointment time each visit. Calls are never returned promptly and may take up to a few days. Call hold times are always at a "Higher call volume" so expect to wait about 30 minutes for someone to answer. Prescription refills take longer than a week to get approved. The location is great for me but I'm willing to travel to get better service."
