"You can't even schedule an appointment at this clinic. They -never- answer the phone. Voicemails aren't returned and the online scheduling web form doesn't do anything. They never call you. At this point I'm not sure how to make an appointment. They hate their patients."

"This is the 2nd time my appt was scheduled and I'm sitting in the lobby and the doctor walks in 20 minutes after my appt time for work. Why schedule me if the doctor is always late. The first time could have been something just happened. However this appears to be a pattern. They know it and simply just dont care about anyone else's time. It's about cramming as many as they can in so they get paid and have no regard to anyone else's time. It should not take 2-3 hours to complete a routine appt."

"My mom was in a terrible auto accident. The doc was great during the surgery at the hospital. The after care sucks. She was in the trauma center near the hospital but for checkups she was driven across town by ambulance to his office. She is still on a vent and where she is at she is protected from germs. The ambulance drivers brought her to her appointment and she had to wait in the hall of the clinic for 30 minutes while we had to fill out a book of paperwork before he could see her. Said she was a new patient. Seriously! He operated on her! Now she has been exposed to tons of germs and put through tons of pain. Seriously messed up and unacceptable."

"Kelly is the best. Dr. Guhman knows his stuff and Dr Grover is totally #1 surgeon. Everyone in all 3 offices are efficient and personable. Been going to Dr Grover n all since 1-2001. Won't go anywhere else."
