"We went to Red Rock Aging Wellness show after spending long time waiting for my turn to spin the wheel for a prize, I land a P3 bag. A woman from other sales table stepped over to hand me a shopping bag! I told her this is cheating, she just looked away to ignore me. If they cheat on little things like this, only a FOOL will believe them!!!!!!"

"I had a really terrific practitioner, was a patient for about 3 years. I had a December 6th appointment and they called to tell me they no longer accepted my insurance. I had already done the bloodwork for my appointment and asked if I could pay out of pocket. They said no, they don't accept cash. After begging to keep my appointment because I'd already done the bloodwork and have health conditions that need to be monitored they let me come in. I told them I would be switching back to HPN insurance on January 1st (they were still accepting HPN). When I switched my insurance back they kicked me out of the practice saying the "panel was closed" and they wouldn't take new patients. Even though I had been a patient for 3 years and had insurance they accepted. From the office staff the information I gathered was they're trying to kick out anyone who is not a Medicare or Medicaid patient. DISGUSTING"

"When I first became a patient I was thrilled at how responsive and wonderful the office was. I felt like I finally had a stable primary doctor. The office was cheery, the doctors were great and it was a pleasure to visit. Now that the business is more established, the people are still very friendly, but the practices have changed. They no longer accept cash patients, have month long waits to see a doctor (after canceling on an appt) and have no qualms standing up or shuffling around tele-health patients. It’s disappointing to go back on the hamster wheel of trying to find a stable provider."

"Dr. Carolyn Dechaine, PA-C is exactly what I was looking for in a primary care provider. She is smart, understanding, and easy to talk too. We discussed health issues and she offered several options to get my issues under control. She spent 45 minutes with me discussing my concerns on the first visit and never once did I feel rushed. I love that she is available through the portal messages because sometimes appointments are booked out. I recommend her over and over again to my family and friends. If I could clone her in all specialties I would. Keep up the great work, Dr. Dechaine; our community needs more doctors like you!"
