"The front office people are nice, always helpful, courteous but the doctor is a different story. The office does not have a scale, the doctor asks you how much you weigh. Copay only accepted in cash or checks which saves the doctor 80 cents on a $15 copay when credit card would be used. Discussing with the doctor is not an option: he is the doctor and you are the patient. The office does not answer fax messages when the provider of medicines asks for prescription renewal."

"I recently needed some tests done for a surgery I needed. I got my referral and went for tests and all were not listed. When realized went back and paid 3rd copay and was told Dr wouldn't write order. What kind of doctor would refuse to order simple tests for a surgery that would help reduce the daily pain I am in. Surgeons office has never heard of such a thing and was shocked. Luckily the surgery center granted an exception and surgery is on. On top of that after this being my doctor for almost 8 years when I called and complained and said I would be finding a new doctor I didn't even get an apology or a call back. No response. I do not recommend."

"Possibly absolute worst doctor in Vegas. Treats you like a child. He literally asks you to raise your hand when you want to speak. Even saying a polite “yeah” as an agreement while he is talking will get you a severe reprimand. Prior to my first visited. I asked if he could provide medical assistance for a specific ailment. I was told he could. He gladly took my money for a couple of office visits. Waited months for a third visit and then was told he doesn’t do that."

"Co worker recommended Dr Thai since I was unhappy with my primary care physician. I wish I changed doctors years ago! Dr Thai is thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He really does care about your health! He explains lab work and reasons for treatments or meds. He actually spends time with his patients! I highly recommend. The only negative is that the office only accepts cash for your co pay."

"**Warning- Do not use this doctor for Tricare Primary Care. Dr Thai is a very nice doctor and his office staff is very nice. They try to assist you with your concerns, but we have learned the hard way the office staff tells you what you want to hear not the truth. Referrals and Authorizations do not get completed on time even when you call to remind them multiple times. Two specific times my family was put out by their inability to do their job! Had to reschedule specialty care that that we waited months for the appointments because of their mistakes in not submitting the referrals and Authorizations on time. Had to change doctor completely."
