"I had fractured my toe and needed to be seen. So easy to sign up online then go about my business until t year sent me a text a hour later that they are ready for me. I walked in and was seen within five minutes. Smooth transition from doctor to cray tech and back to medical assistant. Received my walking boot, buddy wrap, prescription and was on my way. Doctor was patient and knowledgeable. Everyone was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend if you are in need."

"Don’t even waste your time! First off, the woman at the front desk on Saturday evenings is LAZY! She can’t be bothered to help check-in people. The front desk staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. I will never again waste my time taking in a small child in pain. While waiting I witnessed the front desk rudely turn away people. Come on now people DO BETTER! I realize it’s hard to get good staff since the pandemic but this is some of the worst service I have ever experienced!"

"This is a GREAT quick care clinic! Have had my 9 year old daughter and wife treated here separately and found the staff and doctors to be top notch, quick and very efficient. This is our go-to clinic in Summerlin. Even had notification the prescription was ready for pickup by the time I drove there! Having said all that, the best aspect of this clinic is that you can make an appointment for the same day you want to visit...online. Just fill out the info forms, download your ID and insurance card, and sign the paperwork before you arrive. Facilitates having to do it after you arrive. PLUS, you specify how long it will take you to get to the clinic when they are ready for you to arrive, and they'll notify you to come! Can't beat that!! Kudos for a well-thought out and organized system of getting true, high quality QUICK CARE! Much appreciated."

"I was pleasantly surprised how efficient this Urgent care was. The online check in was fairly seamless. The wait was about 2 hours with 15 people in front of me so not that bad. I waiting in my car till I got their text to come in to the front desk. Front desk staff were generically helpful. My doctor Ment Wong was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with, what a good person, her assistant was just as outgoing and helpful. I would ultimately recommend this location based off my recent visit."

"I had cut my finger and needed stitches. When I checked in at the front desk the staff was very friendly, helpful and got me in a room right away. The nurse and doctor that attended my wound were also friendly and didn’t make me wait too long as they had other patents to attend to. The checkout was also very quick. My overall experience was great!"
