"From the moment I arrived at my appointment, I was treated in a friendly but professional way. I didn't have to wait long at all to be called in. Ana, the medical assistant, who took my vital signs was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Maxwell took time to go over my lab results in a way that was easy to understand, answered all my questions and assured me I had recovered fully from a recent illness. I was made to feel like I mattered and not rushed. There is a also a marked improvement in the communications from the office, and Deidra was super in following up on how I was doing after she arranged last week for me to be seen and tested and treated at Intermountain Wynn Urgent Care. I can honestly say I enjoyed the visit!"
