"Living in Las Vegas, we have a City that is always awake and open 24 hours, ., however that does not apply to any Grocery stores as you are lucky to find one open after midnight. All of the Walgreens are open are on the strip however extremely expensive and good luck parking. This Walgreens is one of the only Walgreens that are 24 hours. I don't mind the Half stocked shelves, or lack of items being priced as I usually find what need and the staff has been friendly. The reason for this review is that they were closed last night, 3-7-2024. which happens and didn't upset me. What did was the not they left in the window letting me know here 2 other Walgreens were that were also 24 hour. It took me 20 minutes to get there, I took down the addresses and 15 minutes later arrived at the first which was not open. 24 hours. I was pretty upset, however was in pain (sore tooth) and had to at least try the next. After 20 minutes I arrived and again, it was not open 24 hours. Now I was Mad and just wasted a long time while in pain, with no hope in site. I am not saying I will never return, however I would appreciate an apology for the mis-information. If anyone knows of an actual grocery store (Not 7-11, or circle K) that is open 24 hours in Vegas, please let me know."
"Do yourself a favor and switch to a different pharmacy location. I've been picking up medication for my disabled mom for the last month and I end up waiting over 40 minutes in the drive thru. Going inside is worse."
"I work in a provider's office and have been on hold for, I can't tell you how long, returning a call from them to make sure an ill patient can get their medication. They don't even speak, they pick up the phone and put it on hold. I have a patient waiting for a professional to work there and answer the phone so they can get their medication and heal. Great work. And they have done it 3 more times as I sit here waiting. If it were ethical, I would recommend ANY other pharmacy, ever, anywhere. When I was able to speak toban employee, I was not able to hear anyone speak. They responses were, "Yeah, so, what's the date of birth." "Yeah, well" I asked for a manager, I was told she was giving vaccines, I called back directly, the phone was picked up, and I was informed the manager is on the phone and can't answer. Maybe remedial training? Maybe integrity on qualifications? I'm not sure how to fix your issues, but it will take someone there CARING ABOUT PATIENTS to start."
"If you asked me 2 years ago what I would rate the pharmacy, I would have given 1 star. They messed up my rx and insurance benefits and also was rude about it. I haven’t had to go to the pharmacy until my recent injuries and wow have they improved. I assume due to staff change because they are just awesome now. I know calling will be about 10 mins or so wait time, but what could you expect when they are always busy. I had a few different drs send my rx here and love the app that tells you the wait time and delay time. I called in about 8x in the past few weeks to give my goodrx coupon and check my rx status and they were always polite about it. Thank you."
"If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped by for some essentials yesterday at around 7:40 pm. I had items I was buying for myself and some items for my sister (she was giving me the money for those separately. Therefore, I needed a separate receipt). The cashier refused to do 2 separate transactions. With an attitude, she said, "She wasn't going to do it." Which is ridiculous. That is what she is paid to do she is a customer service representative and represents the face of the company as she the first thing you see when you walk in. I was also not greeted when I came in. She also has to ring up customers for their purchases. She asked the shift lead how they did it at this location. I'm assuming she works at a different store. She needs to be retrained on how to talk to customers as she gave me attitude the whole time and to be more customer service oriented. I asked the supervisor when had their policy changed and couldn't give me a straight answer he was too busy talking to another employee who just walked up to talk to him he didn't even look at me. Walgreens needs to hire people who actually want to be there to help the customers. I waited for more than 5 min for the same shift lead to come and open the deodorant case because they're locked. I had no choice but to buy everything in one transaction. Mind you, there was no one else in line, so it wasn't like I'd be holding up the line. I have been coming to this location for well over 10 years as it is the closest one to my house, and overall, I've shopped at walgreens for well over 20 years. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Especially since they are out of most of their products. Shelves are empty almost on every aisle. The items that they do have are the ones that are locked up."
