"I only put one star because I have to just to put a review. Sunrise pediatrics rainbow should be ashamed of their customer service over the phone. Front desk lady answers the phone and asks you to hold that, she has multiple people on hold then hangs up after a few minutes she has done this multiple times at this point I'm fed up with the location in my neighborhood."

"Quick and easy was only waiting in the lobby for probably 5-10 min and Jessica is wonderful provider for my baby and my baby got his shots really quick the MAs and front are really nice!"

"If I could give this hospital negative Stars I would give them negative 10, do not go to them they leak your information your children's information out, they break all the HIPAA laws beware beware all parents beware my one year old information was given out without content and these people don't care. Any parents who have issues with this office please reach out to me I am having a formal complaint against them. Please do not take your children there. Because they provided records to someone that wasn't on there list that person was able to get a copy of my 1-year-old social security number sent to them beware All families please."

"DO NOT GET SHOTS HERE! A year ago I tried scheduling my 12 year old for shots for school. We got told they do not have the specific shot so we have to go to a different location which we did which was fine because we got advance notice that they do not have the medication. Today I had an appointment for my now 13-year-old to get shots. I got no phone call. No text message no email nothing stating that they do not have all of the shots that she needs today. I was advised once got to the location to either have her take the one shot they have, and then go to a different location for another shot or to just simply drive to the other location for both of them. I was then told that they called everybody and left voicemails letting them know that they do not have all the shots. I informed them that I received NO phone call and I have NO voicemail. My appointment was at 9 o'clock AM on the dot which is the time they open at 9 o'clock in the morning. Why wasn't the very first appointment notified that the shots are not in inventory? I have asked them to be call me once when they have the shots in inventory so we can make this appointment because no l'm not going to go to a different location the day of the appointment when I have other things that I have to do as well. I do not believe I'm going to be getting a phone call. I do believe I'm going to have to call and make this appointment myself because I honestly don't think that anybody from this facility is going to call me to let me know that this shot is in inventory. Just save yourself the headache do not go here for shots. They are great with everything else but when it comes to shots they suck!"
