"Every practice taken over by Optum has gone downhill in quality. For example, my urology clinic used to be great. But when Optum took over, prescription refills became difficult, referrals went from taking 3 days to 4 weeks or more, and their appointment system is worse than dealing with the cable company."
"Horrible experience after horrible experience. This company should be embarrassed with how they treat their customers. Most of my medications I get for free through them but it is such a hassle to get them, they're almost always late, and when they make a mistake they offer no resolution after they've done TWO exceptions for the year. I need one exception every month. I pay for my important medications out of pocket because of how awful this company is."

"My mom went in to talk to someone because she's new to Optum and medicare. She waited for 30 minutes before someone walked up to her and told her she needed an appointment to see anybody. There was no one else there and the ladies at the front desk were just talking (again, took 30 mins for them to acknowledge her). Covid is no longer an excuse to sit around and not do anything. Please improve the standards that you hold your employees to."
"Not sure what exactly is wrong with this organization. My doctor at Optum prescribed me a CT scan in June of 2020 and asked me wait to be contacted for appointment but nothing happened. Then I saw the same doctor in March 2021 who apologized and re-prescribed the same CT. But after 3-4 phone calls to Optum, which always went to the recording, I still did not receive a call back and no referal was sent to the Diagnostic Center.. I am extremely puzzled by lack of responsibility by Optum's staff and really don't know what to do next."
