She was stable and on her way to recovery before coming to this terrible place. Don’t believe the medical staff when they say your love ones will taken care of, complete lies!"

"If you care for someone don't even consider this place! it is absolutely horrible! He is not my family member but someone I am very fond of is there and it is sickening the "abuse" he has endured at this facility. When someone is completely bed bound unable to even sit up and suddenly one side from his underarm all the way to his waist and across his back approximately four inches wide dark purple bruise and when asked no one knows what happened! There is a problem. Prior to this "assault" he was aware of family and friends and able to respond, since that day he is unresponsive. And anytime they are asked no one knows. Someone is responsible, someone who still goes about their daily activities like nothing happened. Probably says hello to his wife every day. There is one person in that hell hole that is a genuine "caregiver" his name is Fernando, he is a CNA and cares. They could all learn from him. Thank you for your kindness Fernando, you are a wonderful person. the rest of the staff and administration need to be reminded FIRST DO NO HARM!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely the worst mistake/decision I made in my life. Nurses do not listen. They moved my mom from IMC care to Med/Surg due to lack of bed capacity. They took forever to respond to the nurse’s call because my mom was struggling to breathe. Nurses just stared at her when she said she can’t breath, WTH! I can go on with the lack of responsibility and care they provided. If you really love your family AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Choosing them will forever be my biggest regret."
