"I just recieved EXTREMELY terrible service on the phone. He, the associate, kept trying to find ways to not check for a bag I had a style number for. Also kept explaining that they dont have "outlet stores" though it had nothing to do with the question. He said he cant look it up because it never made it to outlet, then contradicts himself and said there are no outlet stores. He contradicts himself again saying he remembers they had the item in black. Meanwhile he yet to just get the style from me in yhe 1st place to know what bag Im inquiring about to buy. Am looking to buy 3 purses. Will not be buying it from here. If you want to elevate the brand, please elevate the type of people you hire. At least teach them proper etiquette, respect, & manners for a customer service. I use to work as a manager & in luxury retail. I am appalled."

"I usually don’t leave reviews but the service I received here was phenomenal…!!! I live in Arizona and we don’t have a Karl Lagerfeld so while I was in Vegas I stopped by to check them out since I haven’t been to one of his stores. Joselyn was really nice and I love how she recommended me pieces and advise me on how to style them. I ended up buying few pieces and there was some that I really liked but were sold out, Joselyn again was really helpful and located me the items I wanted, offered me FREE SHIPPING and got them ship to my home as well as the things I had purchase in store. I will definitely come back to shop every time I’m in vegas."

"I rarely ever review, but I'm gonna write this one out for my girl Audrey. Literally like shopping along side one of my homegirls, super friendly and TRUE to herself and it shows in her style of customer service. Beautiful New Yorker inside and out, good conversation, and made me feel comfortable shopping. Whenever I am in the area I gotta stop by just to see her if anything. No shade to Karl, but Audrey is top 2 and not #2 and needs to be selling with the big kahunas. Thanks again, I'll be back soon. Promote her, thanks."
