"Absolutely the rudest employees I’ve ever met. When you say thank you they just stare at you. Actively heard them talking bad about customers myself and my sister included. We weren’t loud we didn’t make a mess, I even put away my own outfit after trying on. The women ringing us up was making faces at the other girl and then at my sister when she wasn’t looking. I was planning on purchasing hundred of dollars in the store and I didn’t spend a dime because of how I saw then treating my sister when she wasn’t looking."
"The young lady Willemena was very helpful around the store. Took our names to start a room and even looked up an item to see if available online. Found a couple cute items. The other young lady working here seems to not want to be here due to her obvious attitude, and even called a dress she was putting on a mannequin “so ugly”, right in front of me. Not really what you want to hear as a customer."
"the vibe is very off in the store, been in there twice as a tourist because I saw they had cute clothes. But both times have been very unwelcoming. The clothes are so cute but they just don’t fit me well, I tried a bunch on and found that the zipper was broken. The girl I notified about the broken merchandise bluntly said “thank you” with so much attitude as if I’d broken them. But girl I found them like that. Fix your face because it makes me never want to enter that store again. Telling all my friends about it. “Thank you.”"
"The main girl that works there that looks to be in her late 20’s maybe even early 30’s was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude the second me and my friend walked into the store. I was walking towards a dress I liked and she turned around and rolled her eyes asking me if had a question in the most hostile tone of voice. The younger girl that was in the fitting rooms was very sweet. When my friend went to try on clothes and I was waiting for her with my already purchased item she rolled here eye once again and ask me if I’m doing okay in a rush stone. As if my presence was bothering her. Don’t waste your money here!"
"I am writing this with extremely sadness and frustration. I was recently this Nevada location in Las Vegas when I found a cute dress on the markdown rack. After trying it on, I purchased it and took it home, trying it on for a friend. It was her that pointed out that there was a large hole in the dress just below the zipper, exposing my rear end. On closer inspection there was also a hole along the zipper as well. The hole on my rear end made it completely unwearable. I brought it back to the location, because as someone who has worked retail in the past, I sincerely thought that despite it being final sale, something could have been done as the piece was sold to me damaged and unwearable. However when I arrived, I was assured that final sale is final sale and told that I would just have to throw it out. Unbelievable after only purchasing it a day before. I completely understand the policy of mark down items and final sale but to knowingly sell a damage product to a paying customer I think is shameful. I would have been fully happy with even an exchange or a gift card, as I originally thought the store was adorable and would have definitely been back. Not now however as I am stuck with a garment with absolutely no use to anyone. Very disappointing of a clothing corporation. I have sent a message to the corporation and will update as I hear back."
