"Had an amazing customer service experience a week ago. I came in from Minnesota hoping to find my favorite jeans which are Lucky. The store didn't have a size 40 waist which are pretty hard to find these days. Lucky has stopped selling that size in the stores for the time being. The gentleman that helped me went out of his way to research if we could find my size online. I was skeptical because you never know how jeans fit. He recommended and found 2 amazing pairs for me and they were only $30!!! Each and he waived the shipping cost! I was blown away when I recieved them today in the mail. They fit perfectly! Thank you so much!!"
