"Hate to give this place even a one star.... Go in there a second time and the same thing happens. Gossiping, whispering, didn't even greet or ask if I need help. and heard them talk bad about my baby.... The second time coming in tonight at 7pm 2/10/23, I had to feel like I was a nuisance to them while they're supposed to be working. Last time I checked, you go to work to work and not collect a free pay check. Very rude kids and their managers need to check who they have working for them and the kids should check their attitude as well! Definitely should clean house! This ges work ethics are garbage..."

"While we got stuffs that we liked, I was angry that the lady was not helpful on giving us the 25% deal. I could've just bought them online as the 25% is automatically applied. Today was my sister's birthday, so I really didn't want to waste more time to deal with this worker. The only one thing I want from commenting is to let the female worker know that I was not please with her service. Today is October 25th 8:45pm. While it wasn’t a nice experience, townsquare mall is so charming and other stores were awesome, Hollister also have good stuff, just not good customer service. The people next to us were also told to show the email for the 25% off, but they were also having trouble, I feel this staff is not train to properly apply the discount."

"The place was short staffed an had a young lady helping staff from another location, between the 2 working tonight they were so sweet and helpful with all my questions and needs... Both were polite and so welcoming. I was one of the last customers of the night an yet I didn't feel rushed at all or get any annoyed glances by either of them. Nice, clean location with sweet awesome workers."
