""Unfriendly Shopping Experience" I have been coming to this Ross for a while and I thought, the "older lady," who works at the "fitting rooms," was just having a "bad day," but when I would greet her as the customer, she wouldn't greet back, but just stare at me in an odd and discomforting way....she would always say, "good luck," in trying on the clothes...which I feel like is an odd thing to say to someone when trying on clothes. I went a second time, to the Ross, saw the same woman again, and she still had the same, "unfriendly demeanor," it is all in her body language and the look on her face.... When I was in the "checkout section," here at this specific Ross, once this "younger man," rang up my items, he completely turned his back on me and didn't hand me my items, "politely...." Just a constant "awful, customer service experience," Not going back to support this Ross."

"The corporate idiot responsible for moving the aisle around in 2024 needs to be fired! Ross looks horrible now. Uninviting and empty. Waist of my time today."

"Probably because we went out right after the holiday, but the shelf was bare and really had not much of a selection. We will try again and see if the rating changes. We did find a couple of things to purchase, but slim pickings on this trip."

"We don’t have Ross Dress for Less close to our home. When we are here this place is my favorite for dresses. They have huge selection and great prices. But men stuff is very small."

"I like their men's dress shirts, ties, and socks & buy them here. Men's shoe selection is not very good. My wife likes their dresses, handbags, and odd items, not found in most other stores. We also have bought luggage here at good prices, too. That was an unexpected find at a clothes store. Clothes are seasonally changed on the racks. (At least it seems so to me.) We have shopped at mainly two Ross locations; Desert Inn and Eastern and Serene and Eastern for many, many years!"
