"I had such an amazing experience with Cece at Lovest! The shop isn't as large as others yet they had much better gowns. The selections ranged from lace and beaded gowns to silk. I didn't feel pressured to try on gowns out of my budget or to make any decisions while I was there. Not to mention, the store is beautiful and intimate. The buying process was transparent and I felt that they really had my best interests at heart. I really appreciated their commitment to communication. "I had a wonderful experience picking a dress at Lovest bridal! I was given time to try on several gowns and found the best dress! It was different than what I had in mind, but I like it so much. They gave helpful suggestions and didn't push me into buying something that was outside my price range. I would recommend choosing your dress here. Note: In-house alterations were VERY pricey ($900 on a $1650 dress that was my size already). I was gobsmacked. And, because they don't give you the estimate until after they're done pinning, I felt pressure to go with the in-house seamstress despite that being twice my budget for alterations."

"Cici was great! She was very receptive about what I liked, what I didn't like, and did a great job of deciding when it was best to have my crew help. She had good recommendations and always made sure I felt comfortable! There wasn't quite as many dresses that fit my style but it was a pleasant experience nonetheless. If anything I tried on dresses that helped me narrow down what I did and did not want for my dress. Great customer service, very knowledgable, and I love that they have someone in house for bridal alterations! I didn't end up finding my dress here but it is definitely a place to check out if you're dress shopping!"

The store boasts a fantastic selection of stunning wedding dresses that won't break the bank, which thrilled me when I found the perfect gown that fit my budget!! However, my excitement turned into frustration during the alterations process. The seamstress had trouble understanding my concerns, and it left me feeling unheard and disappointed. For instance, when I mentioned the need for a looser waist, she insisted on tightness in a different area, leading to misunderstandings. To add to the frustration, her alterations fees were quite high. In the end, the alterations experience was far from enjoyable, and I couldn't help but feel that it was beyond the seamstress's capacity. While the store itself offers beautiful and budget-friendly dresses, I strongly recommend seeking alterations elsewhere due to the seamstress's communication issues and the lack of a collaborative approach. Despite my challenges with alterations, it's worth noting that the lowest bridal boutique remains a nice destination to find your dream wedding dress."
