"Hello, when I was paying for this the cashier asked if I had a member # with Rue. I told her no and she then reached over to the card machine on my side, covered the screen with her hand and was punching in numbers. A name popped up on the screen for "Remy Babe". I asked her why there was a random name on my receipt and she said she has to put that to bypass the screen. I've shopped at Rue 21 before and never before have they had to do that. I'm not sure if this is her member # or a friends, but I don't think it's okay for her to enter a member number that doesn't belong to the actual customer or to not even offer to sign up to be a member. The member ID that showed up is 349869763."

"I asked if someone could get an outfit on the top rack hanging on the wall, the male associate behind the register folding clothes asked me to get it myself and said the hooks are on the wall..if I want help ask the lady on the floor...she looked older and tired...I was appalled and with my baby in a stroller, I walked out! This outdated sorry customer service is disgusting at this store in this outdoor mall. Pathetic! What a poor representation of customer service let alone good customer service. Regardless if it was because I was black or not...jst pathetic and comical actually!!"

"One of the young ladies working there had people watching me as I browsed through the store. She literally moved someone from the register to watch me. I was very upset and dropped everything that I had planned to buy. I hope there are better employees that know how to treat people better."
