"BEST SERVICE EVER! When my boyfriend and I were visiting Vegas, a few weeks ago, we stopped by the Alice+Olivia store at Crystals. After falling in love with several outfits, we needed to order a blazer due to them not having it in my size at the store. Our wonderful client rep, Shelby explained that someone would need to directly sign for my package. We understood, completed our purchase, and I eagerly awaited my blazer to be shipped to me. Unfortunately, FedEx stated they delivered my package, had no proof of direct signature and I never actually received my blazer! After reaching out to FedEx with no outcome/result, which was extremely frustrating. I notified Shelby at the Vegas store. She was extremely understanding and sympathetic. She worked diligently (for two weeks) with her Store Manager, Manager of Operations, and Maggie (a customer service rep--who was also wonderful) to replace my blazer!!! They are shipping me a new one today and I could not be more happy and appreciative. Shelby, Maggie, and the whole team at Alice+Olivia were wonderful and I would recommend shopping at the Crystal's store to anyone! If you want above and beyond customer service, this store is a MUST GO! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, you guys rock! ;)"
