"The employees are kind of rude and they act like they are overworked, So their attitude needs to be adjusted, They follow you around like you're stealing, they are very rude, and the manager needs to be fired According to how she conducts herself as a business woman, And how she runs the store is deplorable. She needs sensitivity classes, and she needs to be trained again In management, The way she conducts herself as a manager and as a runner of the store. It's very frowned upon. P.S. Don't shop here. Unless you really have to. Save your money and go to other options. Because this place will. Infuriate you You spend hundreds to get poor service and poor customer service skills. Would not recommend this place to anyone. That likes to shop on a bargain and get good service. Who likes to get good deals and get good service."

"So I came here twice. The first time I bought a few things and needed to return something. The second time I came I felt like a criminal. They never let you use the dressing rooms. They continued following me through the whole store like I was stealing. They would keep telling my daughters to stay by me when they were 5 feet away. So I told my kids to stay right next to me so they won't keep getting mad. Then these 2 employees started talking about us on their radios (like I can't hear them) about how I am saying they are rude and continued talking about us and following us. I will never return here again. They need better customer service!"

"The store was suppose to open at 11:00 didn’t open until 11:15. This happens a lot at this location. The employees are rude and ghetto. If you don’t like your job get a better one. The prices are reasonable but because of the customer service I will never shop or support this store. Nicole is the cashier that rung up my purchase. Instead of greeting me, she was talking to her co workers about food stamps."

"So I come here alot. Always got good customer service. Tho there customer service was still great as far as attitude. There was confusion tho for pricing on some boots. They had 2 different styles of the same brand and there was about 7-10 pairs that both had sale prices in both styles. I get up to the counter to pay and a employee I believe the manager came up to check the price cause they were ringing up a different price then what the sale tag said. So when she found out that someone made a mistake and tagged both shoes at the same price. But there was multiple pairs marked wrong. Everyone in the retail world knows that if it’s the stores fault. U honor the price for that customer to keep them coming then go fix the issue.Tho she didn’t have a bad attitude I was very disappointed that she did not honor the price due to their mistake. As a manager I would of expected a better outcome. I’m not petty so I didn’t say nothing but I walked out very disappointed. Cause I always have a great experience there. Not saying I won’t go back.But that left a bad taste in my mouth. Only cause I’ve been in customer service retail jobs for over 15 yrs. Other then that my cashier was great.1"
