"The lady working tonight fixing stuff on the racks was super rude. Never have I ever been treated at a store like this. Before she was rude to me , I heard her embarrassing an employee there. First I heard her being rude to my bf asking him in a rude voice “ Can I help you” Then he asks where the portable chargers and she told him to go to a spot we already checked. I saw him going that way so I called him over because there was a separate area where electronics are. Then she starts immediately telling me “ I told him it’s over there “ I told her “ well i’m going to look over here “ she then proceeds to tell me “ how’s that going to help you ? what’s wrong with you” she started mumbling other stuff. She was some short lady with short hair. She really needs to work on her customer service. No reason for the attitude and smart remarks. Idk if she was having a bad day but damn . At this point she was being rude to everyone."

"The manager Satara was great.She did above and beyond to help me out.I wanted to return an item without a scanning ticket so she checked every item on my receipt one by one to be able to find it."

Exception of one guy who seem that I was looking at jewelry behind the locked case He literally ignored me and someone came and asked. Funny because as I walked off another customer was saying the same thing about the same employee."

"First time visiting this location and I like it. The store is clean, well organized and the staff were helpful when asked a question. As with all Ross stores the prices are reasonable. I would shop here again on my next visit to Las Vegas."
