"I visited on 13 February 2024 and my experience was great, I have visited several Ross Stores but this one was unlike the other stores I have visited in the past and was extremely fantastic and showed great customer service, I was in the store early around a 10am timeframe and when I arrived I was immediately told ' Good Morning ' by the Loss Prevention Officer , I actually noticed that she told everyone Good Morning that came through the door, She had very positive early morning energy so that is something that can keep customers uplifted and continue coming to this store. I was also able to find something I was interested in buying which was a GUESS Bag and Nautica SB's, So the selection of clothing, luggage, and personal care items is awesome. I highly recommend this store, And will definitely be a return visitor."
"Very low on inventory last time there. I don't like having to drag bags out, no shopping cart allowed outside...bad idea."
"Big selection. Great prices. Short staff. Could be cleaner. Lots of parking. Employees have told me that the store gets hit by theft all the time and some of the customers look the part. I have been told the theft at this store is one of the worst. Always lines at checkout. It's hit and miss. I have found socks, underwear, caps, and some odds and ends."
