"OMG the manager Gianna has a fully grown mustache, It's really distracting and confusing, I went to buy some drapes the other day and she nearly startled me to death, Ross has no employee grooming policy, They allow females to wear unkept facial hair, It's really unprofessional"
"Good products but not enough cashiers. I’m in line on a Monday afternoon and there are two cashiers. It’s taking an hour to reach the cashiers. Not acceptable!"
"This store has gone down the toilet. I came to pick up olive oil and other holiday condiments. There is a creepy male store manager who lurks and followed me around. I first noticed him around women's clothing. Then when I was coming from the dishes and cookware section. Finally, he was standing by the door as I checked out. It was very wierd and he made me uncomfortable. The aisles was littered with merchandise on the floor. Two bathroom rug sets was left on the floor blocking the aisles. The creepy manager should monitor the cleanliness of the aisles instead of lurking around following women shoppers. I haven't come to this locations for a few months and definitely won't be back."
"I don’t typically write reviews but this location has to be the worst Ross I’ve ever stepped foot in. Initially I thought to myself it looked a bit messy but I wasn’t even upset about that at all. I stopped in to find some little decor pieces for my office. There wasn’t a large variety, it looked like they just had a sale because most of the shelves were empty. The only thing a came across was a cute little gold push pin, and paper clip set that came in this round case. The set had a red tag on it so I’m assuming it was on clearance and it was the only one of its kind because it was on the shelf in the office supply aisle in the back near the fitting rooms next to note books and other office goods, but no other push pins and paper clips so I’m sure it was the last one. So I get it, the tag says 6.00 so I’m assuming it means $6 . Apparently not because i go to the check out counter and Anthony appears to be struggling to ring it up. He than calls over the next cashier a lady with red hair , they start speaking in Spanish and then he tells me “You’re gunna have to go grab another one because this one doesn’t have a price” and I explained “there’s not another one over there, that’s the only one”. His response was “well I don’t know what to tell you I can’t ring it up with no price.” It was clear he had an attitude and I didn’t feel like going back and forth over paper clips so I just didn’t purchase it. Then he didn’t even wanna bag the other items that I got and he asks me “do you want me to bag that” I reply yes and then he like partially puts the time in the bag and hands it to me practically hanging out the bag. All I can say is dude if you don’t wanna work here then just quit. I’m a hotel manager so customer service is very important to me. That service has to be the worst service I have ever received . I more than likely will not come back to this Ross. I’ll just buy my office supplies on Amazon as I intended to do in the first place."
"The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked. There are dividers at the registers. Masks are required to enter as of Aug 4 2021. I don't belive this store is handicapped friendly. The closest handicapped parking is in front of the next store. The Ross entry doors are also not automatic and need to be manually opened outward."
