"Kamal and Kaylene helped us find the perfect dress and wrap for my daughter’s first homecoming dance. They were so helpful, personable and knowledgeable and made this an awesome experience that could have been very stressful"
"Store has nice clothing selection, clean & organized… the deal breaker here is both of the female employees including the “manager” have the worst costumer service! Both gave me an attitude for asking price on a item without tag & the other one was bothered to open the fitting room since i “interrupted” her time of doing absolutely nothing just being on her phone, due to the poor costumer service of this employees i will not visit this store again."
"Took my daughter and her friend to get graduation wear, and they walked out with two dresses. Staff was super courteous with the girls, asked lots of questions, and the staff worked really well together to get people in/out of the dressing rooms etc. It's not as pricy as I thought it would be from appearances."
"Cute stuff. That's why they get one star. The reason they didn't get 4 or 5 stars was because they used the old excuse, "That's against our policy." In a business that is confronted with so much competition, that lame excuse is a deal breaker. Background: daughter bought 2 dresses for a special dinner. She only need one. The backup dress was $50. The one she loved was about the same but looked better. When she went to bring the backup back the manager said it was against company policy. Remember, we bought 2 dresses and she's keeping one forever. Isn't the manager in a position to say, "Thank you for your business. We will credit your Visa. Please continue to shop with Windsor." Nope. Sorry, policy dude. My policy is to never be a customer of theirs again. They lost a good, happy customer over a policy."
"Windsor has adorable dresses for young ladies, at incredibly fair prices--which is why I've taken my teenaged daughter there twice in recent months. The first time we went, we literally bought two super cute dresses for under $20 total. They were having one of their frequent blow-out sales, and I couldn't believe our good fortune. The store's location: the high-end, trendy cluster of shops and restaurants known as "Downtown Summerlin", makes the super fair prices even more of a pleasant surprise. But the last time we shopped there, last weekend, the store was pretty busy, and there was a long line to use the 3 dressing rooms that were accessible. We were in a mad rush, but we had to wait 20 minutes just to try on the two dresses which took under 5 minutes. That the store was busy is not a complaint, and if the 3 dressing rooms were the only dressing rooms, the long line and long wait wouldn't be as much as a complaint as it is. The biggest problem is that the entire rear of the store is dedicated to fitting rooms: there are many more spaces back there for this purpose, but it was cordoned off. If the store had been short-staffed, it would have been more understandable and somewhat less frustrating: but it was not. There were plenty of store associates milling about everywhere. Some were clustered in corners just seemingly shooting the breeze. The lady in line behind me and I were pretty amazed at the audacity of the lack of customer service. Also, we didn't get a dress on sale :( so I spent a whopping $39 on one dress! :("
