"When I called to inquire about getting my cat fixed the lady who answered the phone was not a people person that's for sure. She wasnt helpful at all every question I asked her she wasn't sure of the answer and had to put me on hold everytime to figure out the answer. A phone call that should have taken 5 mins or less turned into 22 mins. Not professional."
