I noticed something not right with my food so I re-entered and was told by Josephine. What's the problem now? I never had a problem before so I wondered what she meant. It was said to me as if I had a problem before or if she knows me. I never order any food on this shift I'm usually a night time Robertos customer. Just rude and judgmental customer service was demonstrated by Josephine. Rigo just asked what can he fix and did just that . Only when I asked for her name Josephine was no longer rude and inconsiderate. Josephine learn how to treat alllll your customers the same. We notice!!!"
