Little Caesars Pizza

"Food always comes out fine here but my god are they lacking good management and people to have my food ready and everybody else in this photo while one person is working in the bag making pizzas unable to lean anybody up is pathetic"

"Placed a pickup order online. Order said it was ready via email (10:40p) . I came in 6 mins later (10:46p) and they said they don’t have the dough to make the order and offered no other options before locking the door 15 mins prior to close. They were nice but they definitely need to learn better customer service and stop confirming orders that aren’t there"

"Some old man that identified himself as the general manager told me that he hoped I get into a car accident and die. Then proceeded to walk out the front door after I left and take pictures of my vehicle. Oh and he threatened to have me banned from ever ordering from Little Caesars again...Lol because I told him that he was wrong... That I did not pick up my pizza already and I don't know who he gave it to. The poor lady that was making pizza looked like she wanted to cry and run away but obviously needed the job. I made sure to report him to the customer service line.... I'm pretty sure he doesn't work there anymore because I've been back a handful of times in the last week and haven't seen him. The staff is generally friendly, but that experience left me unhappy to say the least."

"It is 1:51 pm on a Sunday and it says wait time is a total of 15 minutes. w Wrong. People including myself have been waiting since 1:10 PM. They already advised that they are prioritizing online orders while there very small and incredibly crowded lobby is packed with people who are waiting to get their order or even order. After this horrible wait. I get one cold cheese pizza that's lopsided. I can't. They should close this down if they cannot supply the demand."

"Kristennnnnnnnn "the mgr" is angry, unprofessional & rude!! She attempted to offer me 2 burnt pizzas,I refused,she became upset,which is wild,it's my money & I'm the consumer!! Ghetto,waving hands & rolling her neck-i thought I was "the black girl". Definitely reaching out to corporate,no company should have her as "the face" for their company.shes lucky I don't argue w the HELP! BAD FOR BUSINESSSSS!! Such an inconvenience when I live across the street,off to a different location I go.She refunded me back my money so fast,as if her cut was not part of the payment. The pix of the pizza is from The Cheyenne & Rampart location,fresh,not BURNT!"
