Dollar Tree 7030 North Durango Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89149

"I live in this area and come to this store because it is close to my home. This Dollar tree in particular rates consistently from dirty to filthy, floors are a disgrace nine times out of 10 shelves are empty and no organization whatsoever. Today Sunday December 31st there is one cashier and I counted 15 customers waiting to be checked out. This is the norm in this store. I will never ever again waste my time coming to this nightmare. The manager here and obviously the corporate offices do not care one bit about their customers. Trust me if I could give this disgrace zero stars that's what I would do.."

"Ordered online a month in advance for event. Online order one month in advance. Nothing arrived nobody tried to fix problem or find their missing items had to scramble 2 days before event. Called the store 5 times, visited 3 times. Corporate said they would give me 50%off shipping my next order,For the inconvenience. What they are currently offering to everyone…. Corporate customer service stinks. Avoid the headache."

"I like the dollar store ($1.25) for certain things like gift bags, car toys for the kids and some cheap holiday decorations. Their helium filled balloons are also a good deal. Only thing that makes me crazy or I would come more is the cluttered aisles and very long lines for checkout. It's usually one cashier and 6 to 8 people waiting."

"It's the Dollar Tree... I guess you get what you get when you go there. This Dollar Tree in particular was just a bit messier and disorganized than the ones I have frequented in the past. Also, this one literally had 2 cashiers and lines 10 or more people deep. I know getting staff may be difficult... but you have to know lines that long, a store that dirty and disorganized is really not acceptable. Does corporate ever even check this stuff out? Once we did get to the cashier he was lifeless and lacking a personality... whatever happened to customer service? Do we just hire a heartbeat these days? Oh well, good thing I don't go to the Dollar Tree often, cus this was disappointing. Go if you must.... we all need to go occasionally.... but don't expect much!"

"Great location in shopping center off 215 on N Durango. Lots of parking with handicap access. I was surprised to see the interior was nice, clean and organized. They have done a great job rearranging the products. There are more greeting cards and special occasion wraps and trim. Cleaning supplies are located at the back wall. Lots of variety of food, drinks and snacks. Well stocked eith household supples. Most shelves were fully stocked. Cost per item is $1.25 which is really cheap. Minimsl wait at checkout. Alex the cashier was excellent, very friendly and helpful."
