"Marcos is my go to for pizza but a little upset with them. They got my order wrong and when I called to let them know the gentleman I spoke to said they would remake the pizza but to give the other one back when the new one gets delivered. I've never known a pizza establishment to ask for their pizza back when it was there mistake. Just caught me off guard!!! So after calling about the order the pizza was never delivered. Had to call back over an hour later to find out what happened. I just asked for a credit. They really need to work on their customer service."

"First time trying this place and thought oh good, they sell slices of cheese or pepperoni and I thought that's a good way to try a place we've never tried before. Well, we got one slice of pepperoni and it was the NASTIEST pizza I've ever tasted, you could tell it was OLD, so who knows how long the slices sit there before they just toss them out instead of selling them. I know we'll NEVER go here for pizza, too many other GOOD pizza places to choose from..."

"I would avoid this location. Staff has poor customer service skills and will make you wait as they work on other pizzas before you actually order. Then, they will treat you as a burden if you ask any questions while you wait. Their pizza used to taste really good. Lately, however, Little Ceasars pizzas are tasting better. It is evident that they are doing cost cutting in both the amount of staff they are scheduling and in the ingredients they are using. Kinda sad when you think about what this location was just 6 months ago."

"Update 7/18/22: I’m disappointed that I’m forced to change my original review. Pizza continues to be delicious and have been back a few times! However, on today’s order, there was a misunderstanding when Marco’s called me to substitute an order I placed for an alternative. When I picked up the pizzas, I realized there was a miscommunication and addressed my concerns. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I would have been easily appeased but felt there was a “don’t care” attitude. Too bad. Original Post: Amazing pizza! Tried it for the first time and was really impressed. My wife tried the gluten free pizza and she was very happy with hers too. Generous toppings and great flavor. Definitely will order again!"

"First time at this location. As I entered for my carryout order, the staff greeted me. The staff were polite and used their manners. The store was clean. Staff were working as expected and not standing around on their cellphones. This location has seating inside. While it’s not a lot of seating, it is more than I’ve seen at some locations. This location is in Centennial. It’s easy to get here via US 95 or 215. When I was given the food, I was thanked for my order. You can order online via their website or app. To the owner, thank you for training your staff properly. After going to several establishments in the area in the last 5 months, your staff has been the best."
