"I know Chicago pizza, and this place is the bomb! The deep dish was LOADED with cheese and toppings -- one piece was a meal for me. But the biggest surprise was their Buffalo Chicken pizza. I tried it at their Grand Opening and have a new favorite pizza. In fact, I'm treating my office next week. The tiramisu is terrific. The owners are amazing chefs from Chicago and everything on the menu is fresh and of the highest quality. Chicago hot dogs, too! I am so happy to have a new FANTASTIC pizza/Sicilian restaurant to go to and look forward to them expanding to have seating in the future!"

"We stopped by to get a menu, but ended up ordering a pizza to go. Turns out that owner/chef also owns the Omelet House next door; so we are familiar with his high quality of food, cooking, and restaurateur skill. And his passion for Italian/Chicago fare. Bottom line, this was the best pizza we have had in Summerlin! I am familiar with his Italian cooking from his other restaurant, so I can't wait to try some of the other items on his menu. The thin crust was perfect! Had a crisp snap to it, but delicate. Not overly salty nor sweet; the crust edges are too tasty to discard. Great blend of cheeses, and a thick, rich sauce that you just don't find around. Having grown up on the East Coast, I am very picky about my pizza; so I am happy to report that this is a great tasting pizza!"

"Being close by, we picked-up a Chicago-style pie on the day after they opened. Note that this establishment is take-out only (there are no tables inside). Bit of a wait but that was expected for a pizza this big. Wow! A generous amount of food for the price. Crust was a little more chewy than we expected but overall amazing... and it was even better the next day! Welcome to the neighborhood! We will certainly be back (and I can't wait to try the other dishes!)"
