"I really appreciate the high level of professionalism and care that I've received here. I've been here twice, once for fluoroscopy and again for a CAT scan. (since they have a 24-hour emergency clinic, the CT machine is always operational and I had a routine scan at 8am on a Sunday!). You should have an appointment for any non-emergency scans. The waiting room and all patient-areas were clean and well-lit. Special shout-out to Kayla, one of the techs, who was exceptionally compassionate during a stressful time."
"Waiting more than 1 HOUR on hold to schedule a CT scan. Just called Steinberg for brain MRI. In 15 minutes I was scheduled for TOMORROW morning by a very pleasant lady. Too bad I MUST get CT at SMA/Optum."
"I don't think I have ever received such horrible and rude service over the phone from a company ever. Didn't listen, sarcastic and rude, no empathy or care whatsoever. I have to use them for radiology, due to my insurance. Would NEVER use again if I don't have to... and my pay out of pocket just to not have to deal with this pathetic excuse for a company."
"I have been Happy overall with Southwest Medical; However their radiology department is the worst. They do not get your results to the doctor in a reasonable amount of time. You are left wondering if the cancer has returned and when you call to request that they hurry up the results because you have another appointment with the specialist in two days all they will say is "sorry" we cannot promise we will have the results. Next time I will demand Desert Radiology or Steinburg Diagnostics. I am only posting a one star because they do not have less than one"
